Every year, the Vixen open up the practice field to the general public and let females ages 18 and older, step onto the football field with the team. Whether you're a novice or planning on trying out for the team, this is a great way to try your hand at some drills with actual Vixen players.
This is a casual practice, non-contact, and open to the public. No registration required and FREE!
We will be doing our standard warm ups followed by non-contact drills in both offense and defense. You will get a chance to learn how to do a proper 3 point stance, catch like a receiver and take a hand-off from the quarterback!
Wear athletic clothing appropriate for outdoors including shoes (cleats not required) and bring water to drink. Mouth guards encouraged but not required.
